What we do

E-VIRTUALS provides virtual assistance services including (but not limited to) customer service, management support, social media marketing, content writing, graphic design, and other business support services. We’re here to handle the behind-the-scenes essentials while you focus on your core mission.

Getting Started

When you sign up with us, you’ll need to provide accurate information about yourself and your business. You’re responsible for keeping your contact info up-to-date and maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials. Simple enough, right?

The Money Talk

We’ll provide clear pricing for all our services upfront

• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified in our invoices
• Late payments may result in service interruption (but we’ll always talk to you before it gets to that point)

Prices may change, but we’ll give you advance notice

Cancellations & Refunds

Need to cancel? No problem. Just give us notice according to your service agreement (typically 14 days)

If you’ve prepaid for services, we’ll refund the unused portion minus any applicable fees

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason

Our Work & Your Stuff

• When we create content for you, copyright transfers to you upon final payment
• We may showcase our work for you in our portfolio unless you specifically ask us not to
• Any materials you provide to us remain your property
• We promise to respect your confidential information and won’t share it without permission

How We’ll Work Together

• We’ll do our absolute best to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
• You agree to provide feedback and necessary materials in a timely manner
• We both agree to communicate openly and honestly
• Rush jobs might incur additional fees (but we’ll always tell you before charging)
• We’re not responsible for third-party services we recommend, but we’ll only suggest ones we trust

Making Changes

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know via email. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

Either of us can end our working relationship if things aren’t working out. If you want to part ways, just let us know. We can also terminate services if you violate these terms or if we’re unable to provide the services you need.
